Prince George, BC - Teens: are your pockets feeling a little light?  Need help finding your first job?

The Prince George Public Library is offering up some solutions to kick-start your cash flow.

Communications Coordinator, Andrea Palmer, says the library will be hosting a series of workshops "designed to help young people put their best foot forward entering the job world."  Each of the four scheduled sessions at the Bob Harkins Branch has a different focus and teens - and their parents - can attend all, or just a particular workshop that interests them.

  1. Wednesday, May 30 - starting out
  2. Wednesday, June 6 - resume and interviews
  3. Wednesday, June 13 - when to say 'No'
  4. Wednesday, June 20 - job hunting skills

Palmer says while attendance is free, they'd like teens to register in advance at the Children's Info Desk or by calling 250-563-9251, ext 108
