Cougars Wrap Up Bantam Draft
Prince George, B.C. – The Prince George Cougars made several moves today. In addition to the two forwards and a defenceman picked up in the first three rounds of the Bantam draft, they acquired 1996-born forward Tyler Mrkonjic from the Tri-City Americans. In return, the Cougars part with a fourth round pick in the 2015 WHL Bantam Draft.
Last season Mrkonjic (6’2”, 170 pounds) recorded 10 goals and 18 points in 30 games with the St. Albert Raiders (Midget AAA). He also played eight games with the Spruce Grove Saints in the Alberta Junior... Read full story...
